To be part of Luxan Elevate, applicants should be young entrepreneurs who demonstrate not just ambition, but also commitment, a willingness to lead, learn, and grow. Each business will be evaluated on its leadership and dedication, clarity of mission, impact within the community, potential for scalability and sustainability, and originality of vision and creativity. We’re not just looking for polished ideas, but for founders who bring heart, purpose, and a drive to make their work matter, people building with intention and lifting others as they rise.

 Winners will receive funding and tailored consulting packages designed to strengthen every aspect of their venture, from brand and strategy to growth and community presence. The 1st Place Growth Launch Package ($300 + 6 weeks) offers hands-on mentorship, financial planning, and branding support; the 2nd Place Brand Builder Package ($150 + 3 weeks) refines messaging and visibility; and the 3rd Place Operations & Clarity Package ($150 + 2 weeks) focuses on structure and sustainability.
